About the Founder
Over the past five years, she has built the HR function from the ground up for two international textile manufacturers, C&D Products Rwanda and Pink Mango/Asantii, managing over 4,000 employees across multiple sites, and introducing HR standards inspired by Lean Management and operational excellence. With this dual expertise, operational rigor and human insight, she founded NOZACONSULT to help organizations structure, digitalize, and professionalize their HR practices. Today, NOZACONSULT acts as a strategic partner for SMEs and organizations aiming to strengthen their efficiency, compliance, and internal culture through a customized, results-driven approach. Our services are available in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, allowing us to collaborate effectively with both local and international partners.

Founded by Evelyne Ryezembere, a seasoned professional with over fifteen years of experience in the international banking sector at Euroclear Bank, NOZACONSULT combines operational rigor with a deep understanding of people and organizational processes.
A certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner, Evelyne honed her expertise in process optimization before returning to Rwanda to contribute to local development. Believing that sustainable organizational success begins with people, she transitioned into Human Resources—a field that aligns seamlessly with her values and leadership philosophy.
